ABOUT
First and foremost, I would like to emphasize my personal experience and expertise in coaching. I draw upon my own life experiences and ongoing professional endeavors to provide guidance to my clients.
My professional journey has been diverse, spanning various roles that have consistently centered around assisting individuals in overcoming challenges. I have served as a school educator at Planned Parenthood, an Assistant Director at Hillel, and a Human Resources Manager at Warner Brothers. Regardless of the job description, my focus has always been on supporting individuals in navigating their personal and professional lives.
After dedicating many years to professional work, volunteerism, and family responsibilities, I embarked on a journey to enhance my skills and knowledge in mental health counseling. In 2019, I enrolled in the Wagner Program for Mental Health Counseling and graduated in late 2020 as a Paraprofessional Mental Health Counselor. Subsequently, I secured a position at the San Fernando Valley Counseling Center, where I provided counseling services for three years. This experience reignited my passion for assisting individuals in achieving their personal and professional goals.
To further expand my expertise, I enrolled in Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coaching Program, from which I graduated in June 2022. As a coach, my primary objective is to assist clients in envisioning and achieving their desired futures. I collaborate with clients to navigate life-cycle transitions, manage negative emotions, and overcome obstacles that hinder their progress.
My coaching approach involves helping clients identify limiting thoughts and habits and devising strategies to overcome these barriers. I recognize that the most crucial aspect of client care is the establishment of a strong rapport and connection between the coach and the client. If you are seeking transformative change in your life, I encourage you to contact me for an initial consultation at no cost.
Sincerely,
Iriet
