Anxiety

Anxiety brought on by life circumstances can cause a range of symptoms, including worry, fear, restlessness, and difficulty concentrating. As your life coach I will provide support in a number of ways.

  • Help you understand anxiety. Understand the nature of anxiety, the triggers that cause it, and the ways in which it is affecting your life. 

  • Help developing coping strategies. There are a number of effective coping strategies for anxiety, such as relaxation techniques and mindfulness.

  • Help setting and achieving goals. Anxiety can often make it difficult to set and achieve goals. 

  • Help build a support network. Having a strong support network can be invaluable for people experiencing anxiety. Together we can work to build a network of friends, family, and healthcare professionals who can provide support and understanding.
